Frequently Asked Questions

 

Do I have to make reservations?

  •  Children that attend our center do so on a flexible basis, and may attend Moments of Fun for a maximum of four consecutive hours on any given day. Due to the fact that we can only accommodate up to a certain number of children during hourly intervals throughout the day, we suggest that you call ahead and reserve a slot for your child.  Walk-ins are welcome depending on slot availability. 

What type of payments do we accept?

  • We only accept cash, debt, and major credit cards as forms of payment. All monies must be paid in full at time of check out.

What will I need to bring?

  • Before your first visit you will be required to register online. 

  • In the event that your child is not fully potty trained, please be sure he or she is dressed in a pull up or diaper. Please bring all necessary toiletry items such as diapers, baby wipes and additional change of clothing if necessary labeled for your child. Diapers and Pull-Ups are available for a fee of $1.50.

Will meals be provided?

  •  If you plan for your child to be present during the hours of 11:00-12:00pm, we ask that you bring a bag meal for them or you can purchase a meal for $6.00.  Please be advised that Moments of Fun is a Peanut free facility.  Any food allergies your child may have should be noted on the registration form.  

What are the pick up procedures?

  • During check out a member will ask to see your Photo ID prior to receiving your child. This is required for pickup of child every time you check your kids out.  Only the person or persons listed on the registration form will be allowed to pick up children. To ensure our safety for everyone, ID's will be required. 

Will we administer medication?

  • Moments of Fun may not administer any medication.​
